Kerilyn assists with the preparation and submission of electronic and hard copy filings in various stages of the prosecution of patents and trademarks. She also prepares and submits copyright applications. Kerilyn can answer many client inquiries as she lends support in all aspects of litigation case management, research and correspondence. Kerilyn has eleven years of experience in the field of intellectual property law with an additional four years of experience in general practice law. She also continues her education with ongoing legal training seminars. Kerilyn says it was Don Zarley’s reputation in the intellectual property law field that drew her to the firm and she feels fortunate to have had the opportunity to know and work with Don. Kerilyn finds the intellectual property field of law to be very interesting and enjoys her colleagues. In her spare time, she also enjoys running, spending time with family, reading, online shopping and movies. |
