Tim’s focus is “helping out folks and minding the store.” He oversees all aspects of the firm’s services – from drafting patent applications to resolving complex litigation matters. Tim consults on patent and trademark strategy, prosecutes applications, drafts license agreements and helps clients deliver products to the market.

Tim has a well-rounded background. His business experience allows him to understand the practical importance of protecting a company’s rights. His physics education provides him insight into the technical aspects of a client’s invention. These perspectives enhance his ability to prosecute applications and litigate cases, allowing him to better serve clients.

Tim enjoys talking with clients and learning about their unique business situations. He enjoys the challenge of assessing their needs and being able to find a solution that others may have missed. He finds the process of serving a client and creating positive results to be the most rewarding part of his career.
