Zarley Contributes Trademark Section to BIZ Book
"How Business Gets Done: Words of Wisdom by Central Iowa Experts"

The Business Innovation Zone (BIZ), a central Iowa, non-profit business accelerator, has assembled "How Business Gets Done: Words of Wisdom by Central Iowa Experts." The book is a collaboration of more than 30 local business professionals, lending their expertise to entrepreneurs seeking advice in areas ranging from management to marketing to the legal aspects of owning and operating a business. Proceeds from the sale of the book, available at www.lulu.com, will be used to finance scholarships for entrepreneurs seeking services through BIZ. Following is the section of the book on trademarks as contributed by Timothy J. Zarley.

Iowa Inventors Hall of Fame and Iowa Inventor of the Year
2006 Recipients announced by Iowa Intellectual Property Law Association

The Iowa Intellectual Property Law Association (IIPLA) has named Eugene G. Sukup, founder and chairman of Sukup Manufacturing Company in Sheffield, Iowa, the newest member of the Iowa Inventor’s Hall of Fame for 2006. Dr. Iver E. Anderson, a senior metallurgist at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Ames Laboratory and an Iowa State University adjunct professor of Materials Science and Engineering, is the recipient of the 2006 Iowa Inventor of the Year award.
