Zarley Law Firm Welcomes Jason R. Jenkins
Jenkins joins the Firm as an Associate

We are pleased to announce that Jason R. Jenkins has recently joined the Zarley Law Firm as an associate. Jason practices primarily in intellectual property law, including the prosecution and litigation of patents, trademarks and copyrights, with a technical background in biotechnology and the life sciences.

Jason has extensive civil litigation experience in state and federal courts and has represented a number of clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He has prepared patent applications in a wide array of technologies, from the simple mechanical arts to the complex biotechnology and health care arenas. Jason also worked for several years as a forensic DNA analyst before joining Zarley.

Jason received his B.S. from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and J.D. from the University of Tulsa. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Jason and his family recently moved to the Des Moines area to be closer to family. They relocated from Oklahoma, where Jason served as a volunteer arbitrator and mediator for the Better Business Bureau, facilitating dispute resolutions between consumers and member businesses. Jason is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma, American Bar and the American Intellectual Property Law Associations.
