Zarley Law Firm Becomes Second Business Incubator Tenant
Satellite Office opens in Mason City, Iowa - NIACC campus

For inventive North Iowans and Southern Minnesotans, a really great idea meant a half day or day trip to the Twin Cities, Des Moines or Cedar Rapids to consult with attorneys that specialize in Intellectual Property Law - patents, trademarks, service marks and copyrights. Not any more. The Zarley Law Firm has opened a part-time satellite office in the business incubator on the North Iowa Area Community College campus.

Unlike those big metro law firms, the NIACC incubator location is easy to get to with a lot of free parking. According to Mark Olchefske, Accelerator/Incubator Director, "Tim (Zarley) and I had a running dialogue over the summer while the incubator was being prepared. He already had several clients in the area and the Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center was seeing a growing number of creative North Iowans and Southern Minnesotans that needed to secure patents and other intellectual property. Having the Zarley Law Firm near the Pappajohn Center makes it convenient to get all the business help a company needs in one easy to get to location."
