Zarley Law Firm Welcomes Christopher A. Proskey and William R. Tinker
Proskey and Tinker join the Firm as Associates
We are pleased to announce that Christopher A. Proskey and William R. Tinker have recently joined the Zarley Law Firm as associates. Both Chris and Will have extensive engineering backgrounds that will enhance the firm’s practice of intellectual property law.
Chris received his B.S. in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Iowa State University of Science and Technology, an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, and his J.D. with honors from Drake University Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a manufacturing engineer at Seagate Technology in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Will holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa College of Engineering and earned his J.D. from Drake University Law School. Will worked as a logistical systems engineer for Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids, Iowa before joining the firm.
Chris and Will are both licensed to practice in Iowa and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. They can assist clients in the prosecution of patents in an array of technologies, as well as assist with trademark and copyright applications and other intellectual property litigation matters.
