Josh is a strategizer. He works closely with clients and examiners at the patent office for a streamlined process and focuses on the evaluation of litigation to ensure the best results for our clients. He uses his vast expertise in technical, scientific, and software fields to understand all the ins-and-outs of a case to determine the most effective routes to move forward.
His eye for evaluating litigations began as a Hawkeye (see what we did there?) at the University of Iowa. In addition to earning a J.D., Josh also has a B.A. in chemistry as well as political science and graduated with high honors. To top it all off, he rounded out his tech-focused education by also working in the IT industry.
He handles high pressure cases without breaking a sweat and enjoys making the most of new USPTO programs to expedite patent application examination. Most of all, he loves bringing clients results and will give it his all to do so in the most efficient way possible.
